100 years of Chanel: from Deauville to Singapore

It’s no surprise that Chanel has already conquered the world, but, in order to emphasize that an other time, Karl Lagerfeld has decided to move his Cruise collection 2013/2014 to Singapore. Nothing incredible, you may say, he has already done it! Let’s think about Edinburgh and Bombay but, this time, this year, it’s the 100 anniversary of Coco’s shop opening in Deauville, in 1913. Mademoiselle, thanks to Boy Capel, her lover, could spend sometime in that little village by the seaside and to get inspired by the striped t-shirts of the sailors, the V neck sweaters and the navy blue.

So, we have to deal with two beauties: the elegance of the Cruise collection presented at Dempsey Hill, and the freshness of Keira Knightley as Coco in Karl Lagerfeld’s short movie.

P.S. I look forward to wear the new Chanel sunglasses! They are amazing! *.*
