Florence Vogue Fashion’s Night Out: “Vita Nova”, a new glamour life in the Renaissance city

It’s the first time that Firenze (Florence) hosts the Vogue Fashion’s Night Out! And, after the Milano one, could we miss it? Obviously not!

Here we are! Hanging around the city, surrounded by the Renaissance buildings, jumping from a party to another and taking photos of the most glamour outfits in the streets; a kaleidoscopical carousel of bloggers, celebrities and simply curious tourists and Florentines which couldn’t believe their eyes.

Stop 1: At Stefanel we met Chiara Ferragni which was having her fitting for the night event! Just a few minutes of her busy time to say “Hallo” and chatting a little bit about the London Fashion Week! She has been very kind, as usual! We love you girl!

Stop 2 : Luisa via Roma‘s party! Where the boss Andrea Panconesi welcomed us in his Fashion Temple, the Head Quarter for all the bloggers and shopping addicted! At the roof party we met some girls: they were cute, soooo I am Italian and in love with fashion like we are! Thank you girls! We had a great time with you!

Stop 3: Ferragamo’s boutique! “I have to have that bag!” said E while her eyes were sparkling “Let’s go to see Merilyn Monroe tribute… until it isn’t too late!” said I taking E away. We explored the exhibition at  Ferragamo’s museum, we followed the diva’s life with her clothes and shoes, and we kept with us the melancholy of her eyes in the stolen shoots.

Stop 4: A red Campari at Fendi trying on the marvelous limited edition Baguette bags, admiring the yellow sunglasses created only for this event and talking a little bit with  other two cool bloggers!

Stop 5… 6… 7…. : Wow! … it has been a great night to be enchanted  by miu miu‘s windows, to be fascinated by Prada‘s italian style, to fall under Chanel‘s spell and to start dreaming with Louis Vuitton’s allure!

Last, but not least, we spent the day after the Fashion Night, to appreciate the beauties of the city: we have been at the Uffizi, we got lost in the uncountable tiny street of the city center and we discovered a piece of the real soul of this enchanted place, maybe the same beauty which inspired Dante Alighieri’s genius.

Salimmo sù, el primo e io secondo,
tanto ch’i’ vidi de le cose belle
che porta ‘l ciel, per un pertugio tondo.

E quindi uscimmo a riveder le stelle.

We climbed up, he first and I second,
so far that I saw some of the beautiful things
that heaven bears, through a round opening;

and thence we came forth to see again the stars.

Dante Alighieri’s Inferno – Canto XXXIV
